WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY


Today is World Mental Health Day, an excellent reminder for all of us to slow down, take a moment to assess our mental health and consider what we can do to improve it. 
As we are living in this world, we can’t avoid having problems that are caused by self conflict or by other people that can lead to mental deterioration causing serious and dangerous effects to a person.
Mental health should be protected. Your mental health matters – you’re not alone. Speak up
