Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, Lyceum of Alabang Inc., the first certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Private Educational Institution (PEI) in Muntinlupa City, hereby publicly declares and affirms its allegiance to protect the privacy rights of our students, its employees, and stakeholders on personal information and sensitive personal information which has been collected and processed.

In compliance, the School Management of Lyceum of Alabang Inc. ensures all personal information and sensitive personal information collected are processed accordingly based on its actual purpose, consent given by the data subjects, and lawful processes permitted by both obligations arising from the statutory regulations and contract binding with its stakeholders.

Lyceum of Alabang Inc. formulated physical, organizational, and technical measures to protect the rights of the data subject to privacy, guaranteeing consistent compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and all applicable Philippines laws.

The preservation, protection, and utmost confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information starting from its collection, processing, storage, usage, retention, disclosure/sharing, and disposal/destruction is hereby promulgated and expressly by this institution.
