The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program of Lyceum of Alabang aims to be the prime business education provider that produces graduates who are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s dynamic local and global business environment.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
Three to five years after graduation, the BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development and Management alumni shall:

- have career progression in their field of specialization;
- demonstrate globally competitive skills and Lycean values; and
- engage in community and/or national development.
Program Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs)
At the completion of the BS in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management program, the students are expected to:

- Demonstrate broad and coherent knowledge and understanding of business principles, theories, and practices across functional areas of management.
- Use information and communication technology (ICT) and other business-related software to support operations and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms in diverse business contexts.
- Employ ethical reasoning, integrity, and social responsibility in business decisions and practices.
- Analyze business environments and opportunities, considering both local and international perspectives.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing organizational and business-related issues.
- Conduct business research and demonstrate commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
- Apply marketing principles, tools, and strategies in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing plans to create value for customers and organizations.
